What defines a “boutique” development?

Intimate community

An intimate community of less than 300 townhouse units spread over a six-hectare area, Alveo’s new project is set to become a vibrant, low-density residential development designed to nurture family and community interaction.

“Ametta Place was designed to provide an upscale community that enhances the quality of life in an urban environment. But it doesn’t mean that when a development is located in the city, residents have to miss out on the joys of suburban living,” said Rufino Gutierrez, division manager for project development of Alveo Land.

Following a small cluster design composed only of three to six townhouses per block block also highlights the intimate nature of the neighborhood that allows residents to enjoy privacy and quiet from the hustle and bustle of city living. Complementary to this, the architecture of each home evokes the warmth inherent to the development as evidenced by the contemporary, yet cozy aesthetic that it bears.

Accessibility, ease, recreation

“Being situated in a progressive city like Pasig redefines convenience as well, given its close proximity to the dynamic commercial areas of Ortigas, Makati and Bonifacio Global City,” added Gutierrez. “ But the best thing that this new community can offer future residents is the kind of life waiting for them inside the development itself.”

Reminiscent of quiet, suburban neighborhoods, lush pockets of green comprise the landscape. Meanwhile, tree-lined streets create a cozy and canopied enclave where residents can enjoy long walks amid open spaces. All these serve to make future residents forget that they are actually at the heart of a metropolitan area.

This will also be a neighborhood that will make it easy for families to go outside and enjoy the amenities that’s afforded by the development’s masterplan.

Gutierrez said that the amenities of this new project will be a modern clubhouse with two spacious multi-purpose function rooms and a game room; three main parks and several landscaped pocket parks; outdoor basketball court; adult lap pool and lounge pool, kiddie pool, two playgrounds and a tree house; landscaped relaxation deck with lounge chairs, biking and jogging trail, gazebos, and a Wi-Fi park.
