Bates  141  and  the  Tulakabataan  movement  are holding a charity concert called  Patak-Patak  Kabataan  on  October 20, 7pm at the Mag:Net Café, Bonifacio High Street to benefit the victims of Typhoon Ondoy.

Featuring Drip, Taken By Cars, Kate Torralba, Moonstar 88, Astrojuan, among others.

Tulakabataan  (http://www.tulakbataan.com)  is  a  joint  project of Efren Peñaflorida’s  Dynamic  Teen Company and  Bates 141. Using the model of the “kariton  klasrum”  that  Peñaflorida started in Cavite, Bates 141 encourages students  of  high schools, colleges and universities around the country to use  the  name  Tulakabataan for free and push for education and a love for learning among  less-fortunate  kids.  Patak-Patak Kabataan will help kids affected by Ondoy to move on from the tragedy and into better lives through the donation of educational materials and supplies.
