In the corporate world, fashion plays an essential role when it comes to looking the best that you can be.

Whether you have a 9-to-5 desk job walled by a cubicle or you appear before several people for field work, how you present yourself speaks volumes about your character, professionalism, and, even, the company you belong to. And, now, you won’t disappoint any of those with a new, ground-breaking campaign that promotes how to live your dreams in style.

Launched by Filipino retail giant Bench, together with the country’s top call center institution Convergys, the “Wear Your Dreams” campaign sets out to encourage young Filipino achievers to take a leap towards realizing their dreams in style and living their best life. The innovative collaboration resulted from Convergys’ desire to restyle the process of recruitment through an integrated and trendier approach to entice the senses of the young.

For Bench, this opportunity to uplift the lives of the new generation of Filipinos rests well with the brand’s continued dedication to its consumers. On the other hand, this is a new way for Bench to tap a new and significant set of the market—those with bold dreams and the career-oriented youth—and help them achieve a premium lifestyle. At the end, this partnership enables the young to dare to live a life that’s beyond the ordinary, like what the campaign states: “To stand out and live dreams in style.”

And who better exemplifies these characteristics than actor, dancer, host, and athlete Enchong Dee.

Hailed as the “Dream Ambassador,” Dee becomes a role model for young Filipinos wanting to achieve their dreams in style. The 20-year-old, ABS-CBN star puts value to education and determination above all else in reaching his life goals. To fully inspire the youth, Dee will be present at Convergys sites through on-ground merchandising materials, out-of-home advertising, attending select job caravans, and recruitment efforts.

As for the fashion, Bench developed a core collection of stylish pieces to embody that smart, casual look required in the call center industry. The key items are comfortable cotton cardigans, graphic printed T-shirts, and traditional khaki pants. As for the graphic T-shirts, these are limited-edition Bench pieces which will be given to Convergys applicants hired in any of its recruitment centers nationwide from September 28 to December 23.
