Nadine Samonte negates Jason Gainza’s claims
Kapuso actress Nadine Samonte rebuffed Kapamilya Jason Gainza’s statement that she refused to help him during the onslaught of typhoon “Ondoy”.
She clarified that the gasoline station (which has a mini convenience store) where Jason bought mineral water and cigarette is not hers.
Na-stranded po kami dun sa gasoline station,” she said.
Nadine pointed out that she doesn’t even know the ex-“PBB” housemate personally.
‘I have nothing against Jolo’ – Lovi Poe
Singer-actress Lovi Poe said she has nothing against her boyfriend of two years, Jolo Revilla, but hinted on having ill feelings toward people around him.
“I have nothing against Jolo. ‘Yung mga tao lang sa paligid niya, di lang marunong rumespeto,” said she on “Startalk.”
Lovi did not elaborate on issues involving Rosanna Roces.
On rumors linking her to former governor Chavit Singson’s son, Ronald, Lovi said, “we have common friends [kaya] it doesn’t mean na kami lang ‘yung lumalabas.”
A love that ‘survives’ between Justine and Suzuki?
“Survivor Philippines: Palau” castaways Justine Ferrer and Suzuki Sadatsugi admitted that sparks flew the moment each laid eyes on the other.
The businesswoman returned the compliment, saying she, too, has a ‘thing’ for Suzuki.
“Nung nakilala ko pa siya at nakasama ko siya, hindi lang ‘yung looks… pati ‘yung ugali, wala akong masasabi,” said she.
Romance is far from blossoming between them, though, with Suzuki saying, “hanggang sa magkapatid lang kami, hanggang sa magkaibigan.”
Annabelle Rama stricter with Ruffa
Annabelle Rama said she does not meddle with his son, Richard Gutierrez’s love life.
Ayoko na ring makialam [kasi] malaki na siya,” said she on “Startalk.”
The rule, however, doesn’t hold true for her only daughter, Ruffa.
Aiko, Jomari’s son walks the runway
Ex-couple Aiko Melendez and Jomari Yllana feel proud of their son Andrei, who recently ramped on the Philippine Fashion Week catwalk.
“Talagang naiyak ako kanina when he came out. This is his first time. I’m so proud of my son, he did it like a pro,” Aiko said when interviewed right after the event.
Jomari, although happy, admitted that seeing his son all grown-up gets him sentimental.
“Nakaka-senti lang… ang bilis ng panahon at magbibinata na siya,” he said.
Their ten-year-old son has been gracing print ads and billboards for six months now for his Bench endorsement.
