College of St. Benilde takes a shot at University of Santo Tomas’ five-game winning streak today as it tries to clinch the last quarterfinals berth in the second conference of the sixth Shakey’s V-League at The Arena in San Juan City.

With a 2-4 win-loss record, the Lady Blazers need only to win their 2 p.m. showdown with the Tigresses to complete the six-team quarterfinal cast in the league presented by Shakey’s Pizza and organized by Sports Vision.

Winning, however, won’t be easy for the Blazers as the league-leading Tigresses are out to extend their winning streak in the tourney backed by Mikasa, Accel, Mighty Bond and OraCare.
