Royette Padilla, brother of action star Robin Padilla, and the youngest of the Padilla brood, is now the subject of a manhunt after a minor accused him of rape Monday, Nov. 9.

News reports have it that the alleged incident happened inside a lodging house in Angeles City, Pampanga.

A male employee of the establishment came forward with the allegations of the victim – a 17-year-old girl.

"The girl told me that [the alleged perpetrator] is Robin Padilla’s brother…a co-employee told me it was Royette supposedly,” he related in Filipino. “Personally, I wasn’t able to see the suspect clearly because it was dark.”

The employee, who identified himself as "Mark," said the alleged suspect spoke to him moments after the purported rape occurred.

“He told me to guard the door because the girl might escape and make a scene," he said.

According to police reports, the victim, who was from Tondo, Manila, met the suspect through a friend. The victim admitted that she and the suspects had a couple of beers prior to riding his car [black Toyota Fortuner with plate number ZMS 156].

She said she lost consciousness while in the suspect’s car and woke up moments later inside a room.

After the alleged rape, the suspect escaped at dawn the next day, Tuesday, Nov. 10.

Mark said he tried to stop the car, but the suspect told him, “Get out of the way. If not, I will shoot you!’”

Authorities said the investigation is ongoing with the victim under the custody of the Department of Social Worker and Development.

He claimed not knowing why he was there and surmised that he must be a victim of the notorious “Ativan Gang.” He admitted to have had a few drinks the night prior.
