A young man landed in jail after he was beaten up by angry neighbors for wildly kissing four teenage girls, including three minors, during their friend's birthday celebration in Carmona, Cavite, police said Friday.

Franco S. Bello, 26, was detained at Carmona town police station cell after he underwent treatment at a hospital for the injuries that was inflicted by the responding neighbors.

The four victims – Melca, 19, Jasmine, 17, Erica, 16, and Harlene, 13, all residents of Milagrosa, Carmona – went to the police station and filed a complaint against Bello.

The victims said Bello suddenly embraced, kissed, and touched their private parts as they were celebrating their friend’s birthday in the neighborhood.

Bello was allegedly drunk when he did the acts.

The neighbors held and mauled Bello after the four victims sought their help. The suspect, who suffered head and body injuries, was taken to the Pagamutan Bayan ng Carmona (Carmona Hospital).

Police Officer 1 Xelacor Marie C. Garcia, officer-on-case, said acts of lasciviousness charges were filed against Bello in court.
