Young TV host-actress Alex Gonzaga has apologized to the fans of Kim Chiu and Gerald Anderson whom she may have hurt with her comment in one “Juicy” episode.

“Sorry kung na-offend kayo sa sinabi ko. Sana next time, manood pa rin kayo ng ‘Juicy.’ Next time, makikita n’yo, ipagtatanggol ko si Kim.

“Hindi lang siguro nakikita, pero tina-try ko naman maging fair sa lahat ng napag-uusapan namin,” Alex relayed through Manila Bulletin Entertainment Online in an exclusive interview held at the launch of her and Toni Gonzaga’s endorsement of Shapes, a clothing line for women.

Alex explained how her seemingly innocent remark on Gerald incensed Kimerald fans.

The TV host has a theory on why some fans of the young love team reacted in such a manner.

Wala po akong sinasabi against Kim.

Anyway, Alex is one of the fashion-forward young idols today. On her list as fashion influences are Nicole Richie, Jennifer Aniston, Mariel Rodriguez, Heart Evangelista and her sister Toni.

So, what’s her fashion sense?

Kailangan naka-dress, may layering.”

Alex turned pensive when Manila Bulletin Entertainment Online asked her if there is any dress that she will never get to wear in the future.

After a short pause, she said, “Sa tingin ko, lahat masusuot ko.

Then she recalled a funny experience in which she experimented on something that she wore.

“Nag-swimming kami nila Ate Toni noon.

As for Shapes, Alex more or less has a clue as to why the brand stands out from the rest.

“The brand has everything. When it comes to your mood---pag gusto mo ng casual, formal sporty---lahat nake-cater nila.  Nag-a-adjust siya kung ano ang uso ngayon. Hindi siya iyong stereotype. Ngayon, may accessories pa sila.”
