Filipino girl group La Diva was faithful to the melody of the Philippine National Anthem when they sang it in the Pacquiao-Cotto match.

“For sure [ay] mag-stick pa rin kami kung ano ‘yung tono ng National Anthem,” said one of the members before their flight in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Now that they have successfully carried out their plan, Jonalyn Viray, Aicelle Santos and Maricris Garcia aka La Diva feel nothing but pride and joy.

“Sobrang saya kasi natapos namin [kantahin]. Proud [kami] na nakanta namin.”

‘Toni was my first love’ – Sam Milby

Kapamilya heartthrob Sam Milby admitted that his onscreen partner and almost real-life sweetheart Toni Gonzaga was his first love.

He considers locking lips with Toni in “Ang Tanging Pamilya” as memorable “kasi ako ang first na guy na pumayag siyang makipag-kissing scene.”

Toni, on her part, promised Sam that she will remain a good friend to him.

“Sobrang proud ako sa’yo sa mga na-achieve mo. Rest assured that I will always be here for you,” Toni told Sam.

She revealed that her dream project with action star Robin Padilla is finally pushing through.

Heart Evangelista, Richard Gutierrez fly to Prague

“Full House” lead stars Heart Evangelista and Richard Gutierrez flew to Prague, Czech Republic to shoot for the Kapuso remake of the Koreanovela hit.

The two revealed that shooting in the famous European city will spell the difference from the original version.

“Makikita talaga [ng viewers] ‘yung Prague kasi dun sa original, sa China sila [nag-shoot],” Richard said.

Alfred Vargas spends time with GF in the US

Kapuso actor Alfred Vargas flew to Las Vegas, Nevada with his half-Italian girlfriend, Yasmien, to watch Manny Pacquiao’s fight against Miguel Cotto.

“Gusto lang naming mag-relax. Gusto rin naming pumunta ng Grand Canyon sa Arizona,” said Alfred.

The hunk said Yasmien is his inspiration.

“Sobrang grateful ako kay God na meron akong Yasmien sa buhay ko. Siya ang nag-i-inspire sa’kin. Hindi ko kakayanin ang buhay ko kung wala siya,” Alfred declared.
