Court of Appeals Associate Justice Jose L. Sabio Jr. is in critical condition at the UST hospital after he had a heart attack Saturday.

Sabio is chairman of the CA’s Sixth Division. He is the younger brother of Presidential Commission on Good Government (PCGG) chairman Camilo Sabio.

Assistant Court Administrator and SC spokesperson Jose P. Midas Marquez said Justice Sabio hit his head as he fell when he suffered an attack.

Sabio’s condition was made public yesterday during the SC flag ceremony where SC Clerk of Court Luisa D. Villarama appealed for blood donations. (Amor A. Lopez)
