BALANGA CITY, Bataan — Samal Mayor Rolando Z. Tigas’ unexpected filing of his certificate of candidacy (CoC) as Lakas-Kampi-CMD bet for vice governor signaled the completion of the slate of reelectionist Governor Enrique “Tet” Garcia.

Although Tigas was the first ever candidate to file his CoC for the provincial position as of Tuesday afternoon, Gov. Garcia, Bataan’s Lakas-Kampi-CMD chairman, announced that his ticket from governor, congressmen, down to board member is already complete.

Garcia’s daughter Angela “Gila” Garcia was nominated by the Lakas-Kampi-CMD leadership as the official candidate to run for congressman in the first district, while incumbent Rep. Abet S. Garcia will be the administration’s bet in the second district. Their nominations were signed by Executive Secretary Eduardo Ermita and Presidential Political Adviser Gabriel Claudio.
