Landco Pacific Corporation completed the construction of the Central Park, one of the major parts of its amenity block at the WoodGrove Park. The 46-hectare high-end hometown community project in San Fernando, Pampanga, is in partnership with Central Weyland Properties, Inc. (CWPI).

Landco VP for Hometown Communities Gerard Marcelo said: “Development is in high gear to finish WoodGrove Park's 2.5-hectare amenity block. Aside from the Central Park, it will also include a community clubhouse, basketball court, jogging trails as well as a free-form adult pool and kiddie pools providing residents a relaxing leisure setting.”

The Central Park is a 6,000-sqm open-field playground with landscaping that can accommodate up to 2,000 persons.

Other developments in WoodGrove Park are its 10-hectare Cluster 1 set for completion by year’s end as well as CWPI’s Model House which will inspire lot owners with its Southern American architectural theme. Landco is known as a leader in leisure development.
