Although actor Dennis Trillo has confirmed reports that he and Cristine Reyes dated weeks ago at a restaurant in Greenhills, he reiterated that their romance is a thing of the past.

“Nag-usap lang kami kasi hindi naging maganda ang paghihiwalay namin. Ilang days na lang [ay] Pasko na. Gusto ko walang pabigat sa loob ko, sa damdamin ko. Sabay ng blessings na dumarating, gusto ko maayos na lahat lalo na kung pag-uusapan ‘yong mga nakarelasyon ko. At least malinaw na lahat,” he explained during the launch of Darna’s second book, where he plays the part of Pancho, the principled policeman.

The actor claims he’s not courting nor dating anyone currently.  He disclosed that he had also lost touch with rumored girlfriend Pauleen Luna and even belied that they were a couple.

“Naging close kami. [But] no, hindi naging kami.”  

Dennis is not seeking love but he’ll welcome it with open arms if and when it comes.

“Kung magkakaroon man ako ng love life, gusto ko mabalanse ko siya kasi iyon ang problema ko. Pero ngayon,if ever dumating, gusto ko maging perfect na ‘yong pagma-manage ko ng career at love life ko,” said he.
