After her explosive tell-all on “Showbiz Central” last Nov. 29, Gina Alajar still had more beans to spill on the alleged third party involvement of starlet Krista Ranillo in Manny and Jinkee Pacquaio’s marriage.

At the press conference of GMA-7’s first ChristmaSerye, “Sana Ngayong Pasko,” the director-actress said it was empathy that prompted her to comment “If I am Jinkee Pacquiao I will not give up Manny...Krista Ranillo is not at all worth it!” on her Facebook account.

“Ilang beses akong nandun sa ganung sitwasyon. So alam ko ang pakiramdam na 'yon. Alam na alam ko 'yon,” Gina said.

She admitted that it was the “same person” who caused her that same painful experience with ex-husband Michael de Mesa.

“Naging ganun ang sitwasyon ko. Same person, yes.”

Gina explained that she kept mum about the situation then because of her children.

“Bakit ako tumahimik? Dahil maliliit pa 'yong mga anak ko. Kailangan ko silang protektahan. Alam ng lahat na gagawin ko ang lahat para lang maprotektahan ang mga anak ko. 'Yon. Ginawa ko 'yon,” she said.

Although the wounds have healed, Gina confessed she has not forgiven Krista.

“Pa’no mo papatawarin ang isang tao na hindi naman humihingi ng tawad sa’yo? It will always be naka-ukit sa isipan,” she blurted.

And neither will she make a public apology as demanded by the Ranillo family.

“Anong i-a-apologize? For what? Wala naman eh. Wala akong kasalanan,” said Gina, who added emphatically that she never would want to work with the eldest Ranillo daughter.

As for the editorial that “The Buzz” aired on Nov. 29 about Facebook, in which the show defended their alleged “unauthorized usage” of Gina’s shout-out in the social networking site, the award-winning actress declared:

“Never ko namang tinakasan 'yon eh. Pinanindigan ko naman 'yon 'yong pinost ko. Parang natu-twist lang ng mga katwiran [nila].”

A part of the Sunday talk show statement read:

“Kung sadyang matapang kang ilabas ang iyong mga saloobin at naiisip, siguruhin mong ito ay kaya mong panindigan.”

Gina said the bottom line---that of seeking permission for the use of her Facebook message---was blured in the editorial.

“Ang hinihingi ko lang naman permiso. It’s just like giving a person the choice to say ‘yes’ or ‘no.’ We all know that.

“Diba pag tatawag ang press sa isang artista, they would ask, or they would text, ‘puwede ho ba kayong ma-interview?’ Ano bang isasagot ng artista? ‘Yes’ or ‘no.’ Or itatanong, ‘Tungkol saan?’ [Sasabihin nila], ‘Tungkol po sa ganitong issue…’ ‘Yes’ or ‘no’?

“Pag ‘no’ may magagawa ka ba kung ayaw magpa-interview? At least you’re giving a person a choice, hindi 'yong gugulatin ka na ng tao na nandun na pala,” she related.

Gina revealed that if not for director Wenn Deramas, she would not have received apology from “The Buzz” program staff.

“Kaya lang sila nagpadala sa’kin [ng basket of fruits with a note], kasi Direk Wenn Deramas called the Business Unit Head of ‘The Buzz’, tapos meron pang ilang kaibigan doon na nagpaalala sa kanila na masama talaga ang loob ko sa kanila,” she divulged.

Gina realized because of the incident that “it just goes to show na hindi sila [‘The Buzz’] puwedeng pagkatiwalaan.”

“Alam ko kung sino’ng nagsulat ng article, alam ko kung sino 'yong researcher, kilala ko. I hold them accountable. Meron talagang mga taong hindi umaamin ng pagkakamali nila,” said she.

Gina clarified that she holds nothing against “The Buzz” hosts Boy Abunda, Kris Aquino, and Ruffa Gutierrez.

“I want to make it clear. Hindi ko hino-hold accountable si Boy, si Kris, [at] si Ruffa. Wala akong galit sa kanila. This is not about [them].”

Through it all, Gina said she learned important lessons particularly on friendship.

“Ang lesson na natutunan ko, ang bigat. Sad to say, meron pa ring mga tao na just for the sake of scoop, for the sake of news, babalewalain lahat…'yong ilang taon niyong pinagsamahan, samantalang ang hinihingi ko lang naman, humingi ka ng permiso.

“At least give me a choice to say ‘yes’ or ‘no.’ Kasi kilala niyo naman ako, kung kaibigan ko kayo, bakit hindi ko naman ibibigay?” she said.

As for the case she might file against “The Buzz,” Gina said she is still consulting lawyers because “hindi ako papasok sa isang bagay na hindi ko napag-aaralan kung ano ang makukuha ko out of it.”

She is thankful to her family who expressed their all-out support for her.

“Nata-touch ako. Sinu-sino na lang ba kaming magdadamayan kundi kaming magka-kapamilya?” Gina said.

In relation to the love and forgiveness theme of “Sana Ngayong Pasko,” which stars Gina along with Susan Roces and Christopher de Leon, Gina was asked if she is willing to forgive this Christmas.

After a long pause, Gina said, “Tingnan natin.”
