Manhattan City

In the midst of fast-tracking its 20-year Redevelopment Master Plan, Araneta Center has partnered with Megaworld Corporation through Manhattan Garden City.
Modeled after Manhattan City in New York, this vertical village was inspired by the Gateway Mall’s floating interior garden known as “the Oasis.” As such, it promises to bring together green living and the urban shopping-entertainment experience in its five-hectare master-planned development.
This new address is composed of four phases — Manhattan Parkway, Manhattan Parkview, Manhattan Plaza and Manhattan Heights. It will have 18 towers. Shops and restaurants will be located on the ground floor, while parking areas can be found at the basement, second and third levels.
Residents can savor the fresh air as they traverse the fourth level, a 729-meter stretch of green in between each tower.
Each residential block caters to different recreational and sporting pursuits, providing an array of facilities for either active or contemplative activities. Residents will be transported from their home to the doorstep of Araneta Coliseum and Gateway Mall.
The rest of Araneta Center’s retail hubs such as Rustan’s, SM Araneta Center, Shopwise, Ali Mall, and Farmers Plaza are within comfortable walking distance. And since it is linked to both MRT-3 and LRT-2 stations through an elevated footbridge, it boasts of being minutes from every place in whatever direction.
Occupying 5.7 hectares within the Araneta Center, Manhattan Garden City’s first phase, Manhattan Parkway Residences is composed of three towers of residential suites.
