Jay-Z continues to lord it atop the Billboard Hot 100 with “Empire State Of Mind.”

The Alicia Keys-featured track from the Brooklyn MC’s “The Blueprint 3” album is already on its fourth week at number one in the US singles chart.

On the albums chart, Susan Boyle continues to live the pop dream as her debut album “I Dreamed A Dream” holds on to the number one spot in the Billboard 200 charts for the second week. The former “Britain’s Got Talent” contestant moved another 500,000 units of her album to clinch this week’s US charts as well as the UK top album plum.

Going back to the US singles chart, Lady Gaga holds steady at the number two spot for another week with “Bad Romance,” staying close enough to strike anytime at Jay Z’s “Empire.”

Ke$ha likewise continues to make a strong showing at the singles chart by holding on to the number three spot with “Tiktok.”

Iyaz’s “Replay” climbs up a notch and takes the number four spot displacing Owl City’s “Fireflies” which falls down to number five this week.

Jason Derulo stays and keeps a respectable presence at the singles chart by holding onto the number six spot at the US singles chart.

French DJ/producer David Guetta uses beats and Akon’s chart appeal to make his point heard in “Sexy Bitch” which goes up a notch from eight to seven. “Meet Me Halfway” by Black Eyed Peas goes down a step to number eight.

Meanwhile, Britney Spears gains a bit of ground by moving up a step to number nine with “3” while she pushes “Down”  by Jason Derulo’s a notch lower at number ten to close this week’s US top ten singles.
