Of all the people he has besmirched with his sex video scandal, Hayden Kho Jr. confessed he feels most guilty for involving his ex-girlfriend, cosmetic surgeon Vicki Belo, in the brouhaha.

“Para sa'kin si Vicks pa rin eh. Sa lahat ng nangyari, ang pinaka-kasalan dun 'yong pagtataksil ko. Tapos si Vicks din [kinasuhan pa],” said Hayden in an interview on QTV’s “TweetBiz,” a snippet of which was aired on “Startalk.”

He added that the guilt was compounded by her family’s kindness to him.

“Ang bait nilang lahat sa’kin. Kaya nga nakaka-guilty din on my part, [kasi] pati sila nadamay sa kasuhan,” he said.

Although the two have maintained their friendship, Hayden believes it would be better if he stays away from her for now.

“It’s for her safety and the peace of mind of the people around her.”

Hayden admitted he feels a tinge of pain seeing Vicki with other men.

“Para sa’kin masakit pa rin na makita na may kasamang iba 'yong minamahal mo,” he admitted.

For 2010, the embattled ex-doctor said he will live up to his “HIS” bracelet, which serves to remind him to be a person of “humility, integrity, and service.”

While he hopes to be forgiven by his enemies, Hayden said he holds no ill feelings for any of them, especially Lolit Solis, who, in last week’s “Startalk,” uttered sharp comments against him.

After the airing of Hayden’s VTR, Lolit dared Hayden to prove his claim by granting her an interview.

“Kung talagang hindi siya galit sa’kin, mag-guest siya dito at magpa-interview siya sa’kin. [Kasi] kung sinasabi lang niya pero di niya ginagawa, sinungaling siya,” she challenged.

She added that Hayden “believes his own lies” and questioned the sincerity behind his resolutions.

“Pano siya magkakaroon ng ganong qualities (humility, integrity, service) kung may ginawa siyang kababuyan?” she blurted.
