Actress Bea Alonzo herself proudly decked her house with Christmas decors this year.

"Nakapagtayo na ako ng Christmas tree sa bahay. Last year kasi wala, eh. So ngayon, may mga ilaw na sa bahay. Never kasi akong nag-Christmas decorations, ngayon lang. Ako mismo nag-ayos ng Christmas tree," she shares on “Showbiz News Ngayon,” Dec. 24.

Bea also cooked the Noche Buena feast for her family.

"First time na kumpleto 'yong family ko. Masaya na ako 'yong nagluluto, masaya 'yong naghahanda."

Although without boyfriend, Bea refused to call it a ‘blue’ Christmas. "You don't have to be with someone to be happy," she quips.

On the contrary, the actress considers this Christmas her happiest ever.

"I love Christmas. Ang feeling ko kasi dati, hindi ako love ng Christmas. Kasi pag Christmas dumarating ang mga problema pero ngayon, so far, happy, haping-happy [ako]," says she, adding that the challenges she hurdled in her career this year has made her a better person.

Bea is set to reunite with her screen partner John Lloyd Cruz in a Star Cinema movie in 2010. The two were last seen in “One More Chance” (2007).
