Starlet Krista Ranillo, who landed a windfall of projects following rumors linking her to boxer Manny Pacquiao, is having a “happy Christmas.”

“I’m a peaceful person. I’m not war freak. I feel blessed and when you’re blessed, you’re happy and you’re content and that’s where you find love peace and happiness,” she said in an interview aired on “Startalk,” Dec. 26.

Krista flew to the U.S. on Christmas Eve to spend the holidays there with her family.

At the airport, the starlet courteously but firmly brushed aside reporters who tried to conduct an ambush interview.

“Sorry, boarding na kasi. Pag nagkita [na lang ulit tayo]. Merry Christmas!” she said while walking briskly away.

In an earlier interview, the young actress denied that there is bad blood between her and “Wapakman” co-star Bianca King.

“We’re good…no issue at all. I was [actually] oblivious to what was happening,” said she, referring to an episode in which her Aunt reportedly took out Bianca’s things from the tent she was meant to share with the latter.

Krista added: “When our manager ALV [Arnold Vegafria] talked to us, I didn’t [even] know that something actually happened. So yun, I said ‘Sorry,’ then inayos ko agad, then nagyakapan pa kami so there’s really nothing…”

Bianca, however, was not as warm and cordial in recalling the incident.

“I really have no choice kundi tanggapin, di ba? Kung yun ang sinasabi niya, di ako makikipag-argue na di totoo. [Basta, my] instinct and common sense convince [me] na wag magpadala masyado.”

But has she put her misunderstanding with Krista behind her?

“Oo naman. Obvious naman kung gaano ako ka-civil at levelheaded na tao. If ever magkita kami at gusto niyang makipagusap, why not?

“I have nothing to be angry about kasi masaya naman ang Pasko ko. I have no hard feelings.”
