Aside from this, the juice bar also prides itself for churning out fruit smoothies containing more authentic fruit content, instead of fillers such as sugar, milk, and syrup. A 22-oz single serving of a Mondo Juice smoothie has a 1/3 pound serving of fruit, which meets the minimum five servings of fruits and vegetables per day recommended by the World Health Organization. The smoothies are then usually poured into recyclable transparent plastic cups.

Oh, and don’t make the mistake of calling their blended drinks as shakes, since their products are strictly smoothies.  A shake, in its essence, is a dairy and sugar-filled beverage. On the other hand, smoothies are fruit-based and are blended along with yoghurt and fruit juices.
