Remittance firm partners with appliance retailer
I-Remit, Inc. (iRemit), the country’s largest non-bank Filipino-owned remittance firm, recently partnered with pioneer appliance and electronics retailer, Automatic Centre, to market products and services for Overseas Filipino families.
The marketing partnership allows holders of the iRemit ShopNPay Visa Card and iRemit Visa Card to avail of up to 12 percent discount on products purchased from any branch of Automatic Centre, Blims Fine Furniture, and Sogo Home and Office Center.
iRemit is currently operating in 27 countries and territories and has almost 5,000 payout stations catering to remittances coming from its foreign offices to designated beneficiaries in the Philippines
"This strategic partnership with Automatic Centre will enable our mutual customers to acquire quality, affordable, household items," according to iRemit President and COO Harris Jacildo.
“Our agreement is not just about extending discounts. It’s about giving clients value for their hard-earned money.” As part of iRemit and Automatic Centre’s recently signed agreement, the two companies will collaborate and jointly work on value-for-money marketing programs for the targeted customers.
