Veteran actor Gabby Concepcion is surprised that he and his “Dahil May Isang Ikaw” love interest Lorna Tolentino have created so much interest that they made new fans that grouped to call themselves “Galor” (which is a combination of Gabby and Lorna).

“Hindi ko akalaing mangyayari sa’kin. In fact last night, last day ko na, nandudun sila. [Nagbigay sila ng] bulaklak para kay Lorna,” he related.

Gabby was given an angel figurine by a family whose mother, Dory Alday, an avid fan of their teleserye, succumbed to cancer on Nov. 23, 2009. Gabby was able to visit her personally in the hospital last year.

Asked to whom he dedicates the title of his next teleserye, “Kung Tayo’y Magkakalayo,” the ex-husband of Sharon Cuneta said:

“Bakit ba gusto niyo pang ilabas sa’kin 'yong gusto niyong sabihin ko eh alam naman na pala ninyo?”

Chito Roño fulfills his dream project

Renowned film and TV director Chito Roño is fulfilling his dream of bringing to life a Pinoy movie musical titled “Emir.”

“From start to end, may kantahan, sayawan. 'Yong mga characters sila mismo ang kumakanta,” Direk Chito told “The Buzz.”

Production is set to shoot some scenes next week in Marrakech, Morocco.

“The Buzz” host Ruffa Gutierrez revealed Luis Manzano’s reason for deciding to win back his ex-flame, Angel Locsin.

In a message sent to Ruffa's omnipresent Blackberry phone, the TV host-actor said: “I’m trying to win her back and make up for my mistakes. Na-realize ko she’s a good girl worth fighting for.”

The former beauty queen also revealed that Luis decided to revive his relationship with the actress during his shooting for the film “In My Life” in New York last year.
