A 28-year-old businessman was seriously injured after four unidentified suspects peppered him with bullets the other night in Quezon City.

Abdul Kareem Sunga was brought to the East Avenue Medical Center (EAMC) for treatment of the multiple bullet wounds he sustained.

Initial reports from the QC Police District (QCPD) Station 6 showed that the victim was inside his house on Maguindanao Street, Salam Compound, Culiat, Tandang Sora when the incident happened.

Before the shooting, the victim was talking to his relatives about his business of selling second-hand cellular phones, the police said.

All of a sudden, the four suspects arrived and sprayed bullets on the house, hitting Sunga, the police said. When the suspects left, the victim’s relatives rushed him to the hospital where he was immediately treated.
