It seems young star Maja Salvador’s rumored boyfriend, Rambo Nunez, has really endeared himself to her. 

“Marunong kasi siyang makisama. Iyon naman ang importante sa akin, 'yong...alam niya pakisamahan ang family o kung sino ang kasama mo,” she explained on “Showbiz News Ngayon,” Jan. 25.

Manila Bulletin Entertainment Online divulged Maja’s special guy friend a few weeks ago. After Rambo’s name came up, Maja was deluged with questions about her love life.

Rambo, a commercial model, granted his first interview just last week.  

“Halata namang gusto ko ang mga qualities niya,” he said, obviously smitten by Maja’s charm. Their friendship, it seems, is very special.

“We’re getting there. Close naman kami,” he added.

Actually, Maja and Rambo seem really too close to be just friends. The actress was spotted with the male model on several occasions; photos of them in a swimming pool even surfaced on the Internet.

Maja is amused at Rambo’s first public interview. 

“Nakakatuwa kasi kung anu-ano na lang ang mga kuwento niya. Nagpasalamat din naman ako sa kanya. Okay naman kami,” said the demure young star.

She admits that she has not gone out with Rambo after his interview came out.

“Made-delay kasi ang trabaho ko so hindi pa kami lumalabas,” she reasoned out.

At this point, Maja still wouldn’t confirm if Rambo is indeed her latest boyfriend. It seems that she prefers to keep people guessing. 

“Since 2010 [na], tingnan natin kung ano ang mangyayari sa lovelife ko.”
