Hinduja Global Solutions, Ltd. (HGSL), the first Indian Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) global provider to set up in the Philippines, has opened its second $2.5 million facility at Eastwood Cyberpark Quezon City Friday bringing its total investments in the country to over US$35 million.

The 3,522 square meter facility has a capacity for 1,000 seats. As a result, Hinduja will now have 3,000 seats total in its two facilities, even as it plans a third 1,000 seat facility within this year or 2011 in Metro Manila, the suburbs or cities within flying distance.

Specifically, they are looking at Cavite, Batangas, Laguna, as well as Cebu, Cagayan de Oro, Iloilo or Dumaguete. “We didn’t dream we will be so successful here,” Hinduja executives admitted.

The bulk, or 85 percent of Hinduja’s $165 million revenues last year, come from the US and 15 percent from Asia. This year, it expects its revenues to grow to $200 Million.
