Anne Curtis doused reports that she’s jealous of Maja Salvador who is being paired with her ex-boyfriend Sam Milby in the afternoon soap "Impostor." 

Denying the rumor, she said on “Showbiz News Ngayon” on Feb. 2, “Wala naman. Deadma lang naman. Trabaho 'yon.  They’re both my friends.”

Anne wants to start the year right. “I think 2010 is a year of no negativity. Ayoko ng negative, ayoko ng away, ayoko ng stress. Ang gusto ko lang masaya.”

Sweetly, she said that she is not threatened by Maja’s onscreen partnership with her ex-boyfriend. “Ay, sobrang wala!” she exclaimed.

Sam, in a previous interview, admitted that he’s got a crush on Maja. There were even reports that they dated a few times, but this was denied by both camps. Maja, however, admitted that Sam did hang out with her and her family after the Star Magic World Tour in the US last year.   

Anne denied, too, the seemingly endless rumor that she and Sam are now back in each other’s arms. 

“Hindi. Sa aming dalawa, it’s really just not rushing things or anything, not having any expectations. Kung magkaaway, ‘di magkaaway. Kung hindi, eh, ’di hindi. Walang commitment, walang ano, ganoon lang,” she explained.

Lately, the ex-couple are said to be quarrelling on the set of their new Star Cinema movie titled “Maybe This Time.” Reports have it that Sam’s giving Anne heartache anew.    

Anne protested, saying, “Kasi, kunwari, mababa 'yong energy ko, kunwari puyat. Tao rin naman kayo. Bawal bang maging pagod? Hindi naman porke’t malungkot ako o mababa 'yong energy, eh, ang ibig sabihin siya ang dahilan. Hindi naman ganoon. Wala namang ganoon. Kawawa naman 'yong isa.”

Anne’s renewed friendship with Sam fueled speculations that they were together again. Sightings of them together last year only fueled the reconciliation issue. 

It is not only on the big screen that Anne and Sam are poised to pair up. They’re slated to do a soap together, “Green Rose.”

The show was supposed to cast Anne and Jericho Rosales, but ABS-CBN management changed plans and cast the two exes instead.
