A three-story building was destroyed by a fire the other night in Caloocan City.

Initial investigation showed that p.m. inside the building owned by a certain Francis Chua located in Barangay 86 on Epifanio de los Santos Ave.

A worker at an "ukay-ukay" stall inside the building was rushed to the hospital due to suffocation from the thick black smoke that enveloped the building. the fire started at around 11:30
