Actor William Martinez admitted that even after two years, his daughter, Patricia, is still traumatized by allegedly being harrased by Baron Geisler.

“‘Pag may lumapit sa kanya, bubulong, nagugulat eh. Nung minsan nga sa car dealership, inutusan ko, ‘Anak, magtanong ka nga sa mama kung magkano ‘yung kotse,’ ayaw bumaba. Natatakot siyang magtanong,” William recalled on “Startalk.”

Baron’s camp, headed by his legal counsel Boni Alentajan, prays for the dismissal of the acts of lasciviousness case filed against his client for lack of evidence.

He said that William’s testimony in their most recent hearing has no bearing because it’s pure hearsay.

“Of course he didn’t know anything that happened to his daughter until his wife called him from America. Other than that, he had no personal knowledge of what happened. Sabi ko nga, ‘Alas onse na ng gabi nagpaalam ‘yung anak niya para lumabas, unescorted. Sabi ko pinayagan mo, sabi niya ‘oo.’

“Alas tres na ng umaga nung tawagan ka ng asawa mo, wala pa rin si Patricia sa bahay niyo. Hindi ka ba na-bother niyan? Okay lang daw sa kanya. ‘Di ba sila Patricia nakatira sa Antipolo, siya naman sa Loyola Heights sa Quezon City… he wasn’t able to explain that,” Atty. Alentajan said.

On the other side of the camp, Atty. Salvador Panelo, maintained there is an “exception to the hearsay rule.”

“‘Pag may startling event na nangyari… And this is a startling event na immediately after kinuwento nung tao. Kaya exception to the hearsay rule. 'Tsaka pinapakita ‘yung paglilinaw nung bata nung pakiramdam niya pagkatapos nung insidente. Kung wala sa’yong nangyaring ganun ka-halay, hindi ka na iimik [eh],” he said.

William prefers not to see Baron again, because if he does, “baka lusubin ko ulit eh. Kaya ‘wag na.”

“I will fight. As a father I have the right to feel this way. And I want to get this over with para makapag-move on na ‘yung life namin.”

Likewise, Baron wants the case resolved, and hopefully, mend his relationship with the Martinezes, who used to be his friends.

“I’m just praying na matapos na ang lahat ng ‘to. Maliit lang po ang mundo ng showbiz eh. Magkakatrabaho at magkakatrabaho pa rin ulit kami eventually in the future. Sana po matapos na ‘to para maka-move on na ko sa trabaho ko at sa buhay ko,” Baron said.
