Christopher de Leon is excited with the possible return to the country of his former onscreen and off-screen partner Nora Aunor who has been staying in the US for many years now.

“It’s about time. Marami ring nakaka-miss [sa kanya]. Marami siyang fans na nami-miss siya,” said the veteran actor.

Should Nora return, Boyet said he is willing to reunite with the Superstar whether on the big or small screen.

“It depends kung anong material. Kung pipitsugin na materyal ‘wag na lang,” he said.

Meanwhile, his wife, Sandy Andolong, dispelled rumors that she gave a cold shoulder to Boyet’s daughter to Nora, Lotlot de Leon.

“Lumapit pa nga sa’kin, hinalikan ako. We’re in touch especially nung nasa Amerika siya,” Sandy said.

Albeit hesitant, Sandy is all-out with her support to her husband’s political aspirations. Boyet is running for a Board Member position in the second district of Batangas.

“May hesitation ako, but like what I told him, sino ba naman ako para pigilan siya. But I don’t think I’ll be able to campaign for [him] because health-wise, ang advice ng doctor, I can’t be exposed too much,” she related.

It is recalled that Sandy has battled with a kidney ailment last year.
