Toshiba and the NBA: This is where innovation happens
Since the announcement recently about the partnership between Toshiba and the National Basketball Association (NBA), the former has been creating waves around the metro with their mall and office road show activities.
The alliance between the two leading brands was launched via a week-long event in SM Megamall. Exciting prizes, games and activities were held as well as a showcase of Toshiba’s new products. This was followed by road shows in malls such as Alabang Town Center, Festival Mall and Greenbelt 3 and office tours in Wynsum Corporate Plaza, Union Bank building and The Enterprise Center. After which, Toshiba set its sights on schools to likewise create awareness and excitement for the brand within this target segment.
From Feb. 11 – 14, 2010, people experienced the exhilaration of the All Star Game with Toshiba held in Mall of Asia.
The product showcase includes the Regza LCD TVs, the Portege Slim Series Notebook PCs and the Glass Door Collection of the Toshiba Refrigerators.
The event aims to create the same excitement for the Filipinos as the actual NBA All Star Game held in Dallas on the same dates.
