Dr. Vicki Belo keeps breaking her promise not to see former boyfriend Hayden Kho for five months.

Last month, Belo announced to the media that she has made a promise not to see or even contact Kho. She said she is severing all forms of communication with the embattled doctor until May 20, Kho’s birthday.

“No texting, no calling, no seeing, zero anything,” Belo said on “Startalk”.

“We will meet other people, we will date other people, we will talk to other people, but we will not say boyfriend ko na ‘to or girlfriend na niya ‘to until May 20 para naman may respeto sa isa’t isa,” she added.

Only a few weeks ago, Manila Bulletin Online reported the sighting of Belo and Kho together at the club, Encore, formerly known as Embassy. They were seen being sweet to each other all through the night.

Belo was again seen with Kho in the latters' arraignment Tuesday, February 13.

Belo said she simply wanted to give Kho "moral support."

Of course, Kho appreciates Belo's continued support.

“Masarap ang pakiramdam na may sumusuporta pa rin sa iyo kahit na nagkamali ka dati or ‘yung pinagdaanan ninyo sobrang hirap. Feeling mo may kaibigan ka na nandiyan kahit na anong mangyari.Bihira ka makakita ng ganoon. I don’t think there’s a friendship like that lalo na ngayon,” Kho said on ANC’s "The World Tonight," February 23.

With Belo around, Kho feels he’s in good hands.

“I’m very confident especially (when) she’s around. I’m very confident that this will be over soon,” Kho said.

Atty. Lorna Kapunan, Kho’s defense lawyer, also feels his client will eventually be acquitted of all charges and be reinstated.

“This time, justice will prevail. Thank you for everybody’s support,” Kapunan said adding, “The next step is pray more, study more and believe more in the justice system.”

Kapunan vowed to keep working towards the retention of Kho’s medical license, which she believes was unduly influenced by a politician.
