There’s no business like show business, and there’s also nothing like show business to drag people’s personal businesses out into the open and put them through the ringer.

Relationships come and go, but the most volatile ones get the headlines.

Charlie Sheen goes to rehab

Entering a rehab facility “as a preventive measure,” Charlie Sheen is off to an undisclosed location to keep his explosive nature in check.

Sheen is currently facing charges in Aspen, Colorado—charges carrying potentially three years in jail—for a fight he’d had with his wife, Brooke Mueller, last Dec. 25 where the actor reportedly threatened Mueller with a knife. The actor denies the allegation.

Sheen entering in-patient care at a treatment center voluntarily received support from CBS Entertainment and the producers of his show “Two and a Half Men.”

“We wish him nothing but the best as he deals with this personal matter. Production on ‘Two and a Half Men’ will be temporarily suspended,” said the joint statement by Nina Tassler, president, CBS Entertainment, and Peter Roth, president, Warner Bros. Television, which was acquired by Access Hollywood.

Lindsay’s lesbian love story

Lindsay Lohan may have described her relationship with female DJ Samantha Ronson as “really scary” but she’s reported to have said in a recent interview that she still hopes to reconcile with Ronson, whom she still loves.

In a statement to The Sun, Lohan admitted the stormy 18-month relationship she had with Ronson was “a big deal” to her, noting that she’s never had a relationship that became quite as public a spectacle as it did.

Ronson earns the distinction of being the only woman Lohan has ever been attracted to, and the latter addresses her detractors—including Ronson’s family and friends who did not approve of their involvement—with the statement, saying she didn’t care how scary it got “because I love her,” she told The Sun.

Admitting her past mistakes at abusing various substances to try and find answers to her problems, Lohan is currently on probation but she states that she is now clean.

Apparently Lohan is already allowed to drink, but the embattled star admits she now knows her limits—and adds that she now has no more reason to drink and feel really bad in the morning.
