Asked if Kristine Hermosa is the most special girl in his life now, Oyo Boy Sotto replied, ‘Oo.’

Oyo Boy Sotto and Kristine Hermosa quashed speculations that they have tied the knot during a recent visit to the U.S.

The buzz, dragging for more than two weeks now, was put to rest with Oyo denying it profusely in an interview for "Showbiz News Ngayon" that aired March 1.

“‘Yung sinabi nila na nanggaling daw sa mom ko na nagkaroon daw kami ng secret marriage [ni Kristine] sa Amerika, hindi po totoo iyon. I doubt it na nanggaling iyon talaga sa mommy ko.

Wala namang rason para itago ko iyon, ‘yung pakakasalan ko si Kristine,” Oyo Sotto explained.

Both remained mum, however, about the real status of their relationship.

“I'd like to keep it private. Ever since, I like privacy. Kung anuman ang meron sa amin, kung anuman ang nakikita sa amin ng tao, hanggang doon na lang muna,” Oyo said.

Kristine agreed.

“Sana sa amin na lang ‘yon,” she said almost pleadingly.

That said, both are quick to admit their love for each other.

Oyo replied, “Oo,” when asked if Kristine is the most special girl in his life now.

Kristine echoed the same. “Oo naman, siya lang naman ang lalaki sa buhay ko ngayon.”

“Sobrang malaki ang parte niya sa buhay ko,” Oyo confessed.

“Sobrang importante si Oyo sa buhay ko. Kung hindi, hindi ako makakatawa nang ganito,” Kristine admitted.

Kristine and Oyo are set to appear in the latest edition of "Precious Heart Romances."
