New reports on Naomi Campbell’s wild ways surfaced as another assault charge was filed against her.

With law enforcement officials being called into the fray, a driver for Campbell had reportedly gone into a New York precinct to lodge a complaint against the 39-year-old British supermodel.

The driver accused an enraged Campbell of slapping and punching him, as well as striking him from behind, causing his head to hit the steering wheel of the car. It was also reported that by the time they had reached midtown Manhattan, the driver had called 911 while Campbell jumped out of the car and fled on foot.

In his statement filed with the New York police, the driver attributed the small bruise and swelling under his right eye to Campbell, whom the police are now looking to question.

However, while an investigation is underway, Campbell’s spokesman has finally come out to say that the model would cooperate, but also called on the police not to rush into judgment as “there’s more to the story than meets the eye.”

Campbell’s famous temper flare-ups and violent tendencies had already landed her 200 hours of community service, sentenced by a London court in 2008. She had pled guilty to assaulting two police officers—not to mention bombarding them with expletives—when an airline had lost one of her bags.

Prior to that, the supermodel also served her community by mopping floors and cleaning toilets in New York as part of her 2007 sentence for throwing a mobile phone at her housekeeper, reportedly during an argument over a pair of jeans.

In 1998, she had also assaulted an assistant and Campbell had pled guilty in a Toronto court in 2000 in exchange for expressing remorse. She also paid the assistant an undisclosed amount of money.

For both the 1998 and 2007 assaults, Campbell had been ordered to attend anger management classes.
