Derek Ramsay is rumored to be wooing a member of EB Babes.

Hunky actor Derek Ramsay refuted reports that he and girlfriend of three years Angelica Panganiban called it quits three weeks ago.

The rumor stemmed from a column item by Philippine Star entertainment editor Ricky Lo which reported Angelica and Derek were "uncoupled" around that time.

Supposedly causing the breakup was Angelica who has become jealous of women constantly associated with her man, and of the attention his girl fans shower on him.

More, Lo wrote that the breakup made Anne Curtis -- who is Derek’s neighbor in a subdivision in Sucat, Paranaque -- wonder why she has not seen Angelica’s car in their village of late.

Talking to the moderator of www.darlasauler.com website, Derek cleared there was no split-up but admitted he and Angelica had a spat.

The same moderator sent an SMS about the story to DZMM radio host Jobert Sucaldito who then reported on it. 

“Derek first-handedly deny [sic] the rumor tungkol sa paghihiwalay nila. Hindi sila hiwalay ni Angelica,” Jobert read Darla’s text message to him.

In another website, it was reported that Derek and Angelica reconciled March 2. 

This is not the first time Derek and Angelica were reported to have broken up. Back when Angelica was doing promotions for “Iisa Pa Lamang,” she had wags wondering why she all too suddenly -- if a bit dramatically -- burst into tears when queried about the status of her relationship with Derek. The two were then just going steady for a few months.

Another split rumor surfaced after Derek made the news for supposedly spending a "wild night" together with some college girls.

Derek came out to admit having a plethora of girlfriends in various campuses---and that he hangs out with them occassionally---but he denied having a bit of a naughty romp with any of them.

Recent reports have it that Derek is wooing a member of EB Babes, a dance group that regularly performs on “Eat Bulaga!”
