Ruffa Gutierrez is not coming back for her supposed final appearance on “The Buzz” on March 14 in the fear of fueling more controversy.

“Well kasi naman, I think kasi parang I would love to say goodbye to all the viewers and to all the staff but parang feeling ko parang if I go back pa, the issue might get worse. Sinabihan na nga ako na gumigimik, baka ginagamit ko ‘yung show, or ‘yung istasyon para mapag-usapan ako,” the former beauty queen told “Startalk.”

It is recalled that Ruffa was rumored to have walked out of “The Buzz” last March 7 for supposedly being cut off while talking by Kris Aquino. Her camp said it was not the first time it happened and that it has already taken its toll on her.

She, however, made clear that she did not walk out, but merely went to the dressing room to compose herself—unsuccessfully.

“I really wanted to go back on air but I couldn't stop crying. So, natanggal na ‘yung pilik-mata ko, nag-smear na ‘yung liner ko. And I admit, I was emotional. I have been emotional for the past two weeks,” she admitted.

Both parties have released their official statements during the week. The Queen of All Media has also made a public apology to the Gutierrez family.

Annabelle Rama, mother of Ruffa, has accepted Kris’ apology.

“Nung nakita ko siya sa TV, okay na sa’kin ‘yun. Pero nagtataka lang ako bakit hindi siya nag-text kay Ruffa, para mag-sorry or tumawag man lang. Pero okay na rin ‘yun kasi maraming sahog ‘yung kanyang apology. Tinatanggap ko pa rin,” she said.

Meanwhile, the former beauty queen has something bigger to worry about: the arrival of her ex-husband, Yilmaz Bektas, in the country.

“Natataranta ako. It’s been a really long time. I think it’s been more than a year!” she blurted.

Ruffa has transferred to TV5 and is set to do a showbiz talk show with Cristy Fermin.
