Buying a designer brand is about making a statement – one showcasing a lifestyle of achievement. It doesn’t matter whether it’s about cars, clothes, or jewelry, at the end of the day, it’s about choices that can set one apart from the rest.

In a city that showcases more high-rises per square meter than any other area in the metropolis, Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) is introducing a property that aims to offer such as distinction.

Signa Designer Residences, the first in the series of new premium properties from the Luxuria Portfolio, defines the kind of upscale cosmopolitan living that many aspire for.

With twin towers, rising like stilts from the heart of Makati, Signa cuts an imposing silhouette on the business district’s skyline. Situated at the corner of Rufino and Valero Streets in Salcedo Village, it is a tribute to urban eco-living and sheer visual ingenuity. It pushes the envelope of urban lifestyle by incorporating luxury, convenience and responsible green living with a stunning Filipino aesthetic.
It took three of the Philippines’ best talents – award-winning innovators in their respective fields of design – to translate RLC’s vision into reality.

Each designer has received acclaim all over the world, forcing the international market to train the spotlight on our homegrown talent and bringing Philippine design into the mainstream.

They are Antonio “Budji” Layug, the first Filipino designer to be featured in New York’s Bloomingdale’s; Royal Pineda, known for his modern, monastic architectural style, who has been lauded for his work on The Trees in Bangkok and The Copers in Kuala Lumpur; and furniture design maverick Kenneth Cobonpue, the toast of Asia after garnering the highest award in Hong Kong for his intricate use of native materials in creating the “Lolah” chair.

This is the powerhouse team behind Signa Designer Residences’ concept, a study in graceful curves and sturdy lines using organic materials that seem to evoke peace and strength from one’s surroundings. By marrying tradition and progress in the use of the space, Signa’s design creates a sense of openness, bringing in the lightness of the outdoors within its enclosure.

Units come in one-bedroom (starting at 32.85 sqm), two-bedroom (beginning at 56.80 sqm) and three-bedroom (up to 93.88 sqm) configurations, plus a penthouse unit.
