Amid complaints that the campaign posters of their candidates are being dismantled by their rivals, the camp of former President Joseph "Erap" Estrada has ordered its supporters to place the posters in their homes instead of along the roads.

Pwersa ng Masang Pilipino (PMP) Secretary General Horacio "Boy" Morales said it would be best that their candidates' posters are displayed by their supporters outside their houses.

"It would be better to have the posters displayed outside or supporters' homes so they would not be dismantled by the Commission on Elections (Comelec) or our competitors. Tell our leaders in the communities about this," Morales, Estrada's former agrarian reform secretary told delegates of Estrada's mass-based support group JEEP ni Erap during a gathering last Friday at Club Filipino in Grrenhills, San Juan City.

“JEEP ni Erap,” stands for citizen’s movement for Justice, Economy, Environment and Peace.

"House to house placement of posters would be better so our posters would not be put to waste," said Morales.

Morales also the JEEP chairperson admitted that dismantling of posters by rivals is a norm during the campaign period.

PMP earlier cried foul over alleged dismantling of their candidates’ posters in the bailiwick of administration allies.
