Fashion designer Ariel Agasang felt slighted when Angel Locsin and Dingdong Dantes did not honor their earlier commitment to participate in his coffee table book.

Angel and Dingdong were supposed to shoot for Agasang’s A-List book. They have already committed their participation months ago and were even excited when told that they would join the other achievers in the world of politics, sports, culture and arts, show business, broadcasting, society, and business. Among those who will be featured are Mel Tiangco, Cory Quirino, Lani Misalucha, Glydel Mercado, and a host of others.

Agasang, who provides the couple clothes for their events, was expecting that Angel and Dingdong will honor their verbal agreement for the photo shoot. But when his staff did the followup to Angel’s manager then, Becky Aguila, he was allegedly given a run around.

The same thing happened when a followup was made to the office of Dingdong’s manager Perry Lansingan.

Aguila reportedly agreed to have her talent, Angel, participate in the making of the coffee table book. However, this agreement was made when the actress was still with Aguila.

To replace Angel and Dingdong, Agasang called the office of Star Magic and sought the services of Kim Chiu and Piolo Pascual. The fashion designer heaved a sigh of relief when the Star Magic boss readily said yes to the project without asking too many questions.

Agasang is a well-known designer to the stars, who has also mounted fashion shows abroad. Among the celebrities he clothed are Boy Abunda, Kris Aquino, Arnel Pineda, Lani Misalucha, and Piolo Pascual.
