Ang Kapatiran Party standard bearer JC delos Reyes said Saturday that all presidential candidates should be asked to undergo psychiatric test in the wake of the emergence of a “psychiatric report” which indicated that Liberal Party standard bearer Benigno Aquino III is allegedly suffering from psychiatric problem.

But Delos Reyes suggested the psychiatric test should not single out Aquino.

“In fairness to Senator Aquino, if he will be asked to [undergo psychiatric test), lahat kami dapat (all presidential candidates should be made to submit as well),” Delos Reyes said.

“We (presidential candidates) have to be fair to Aquino and be humble enough for the sake of the nation.” (Gabriel Mabutas)
