DIGOS CITY – Jzash Canja and Juan Paolo Cansino posted similar twin victories in the 3rd leg of the Smart/Head Junior Tennis Tour Satellite Circuit 2010 held recently at the Digos City Tennis Club here.

Canja, the pride of Kidapawan City, stamped her class over Chelsea Gacho of Isabela, Basilan to win the girls’ 14-under and 16-under titles in the tournament presented by Smart Communications in cooperation with Head, Chris Sports, Toalson and Manila Electric Company (Meralco).

In the 14-under, Canja scored a 6-2, 6-3 victory capped her mastery over Gacho with a 6-2, 6-2 triumph in the 16-under division.

Cansino topped the boys’ 16-under and 18-under divisions to share the limelight with Canja. He beat Alfredo Delvo in the 16-year under category, 7-5, 6-3, before beating fellow Atenean Andre Banate, 6-4, 4-6, 7-6 (10-7).

Other winners were Dana Abad (girls’ 12-years), Miko Alpas (boys’ 14-under) Eloisa Collo (girls’ 18-under).
