The Foreign Chambers Employment Expo 2010 will open Saturday with offers of good career paths to qualified applicants.

To run for two days at the Glorietta Activity Center in Makati City, the expo will also have presentations and discussions that will guide individuals find their ideal jobs and improve their working relationships with their employers.

Foreign Chambers Employment Expo chairman and Australia-New Zealand Chamber of Commerce board member Chris Ward said participating companies in the expo are looking to hire and train individuals that fit with their long-term plans.

“There is a positive outlook from most companies this year. Those that will be participating in the expo, in particular, are aggressively expanding their operations. They understand that to get the right people, they need to offer attractive salaries and benefits,” Ward said.

The latest edition of the expo will have 40 companies from the business process outsourcing, health care, real estate, and telecommunication industries offering a combined 3,000 jobs.

Ward said individuals that will be hired or shortlisted during the expo are guaranteed to get jobs that have a higher than average compensation and a career that will allow them to maximize their potentials.
