A spokesperson for Lady Gaga has blasted reports the “Poker Face” star is planning to go under the knife to enhance her looks after falling into a deep depression over her image.

The 24-year-old is said to have been “completely preoccupied” with plans to undergo a nose job and a breast enhancement operation.
