Fans lament Anne Curtis’ seeming constant ‘overexposure’

Some of Anne Curtis' fans have raised concern about their idol’s seeming “carelessness” of late when it comes to the choice of wardrobe she uses during public appearances.
The alarm, it seems, was raised after several “up skirt” pictures of the actress found its way in adult websites recently.
The pictures, apparently taken by studio audience members of the show “Showtime,” show Curtis sitting cross-legged, exposing most of her thighs and possibly beyond.
Seemingly lamenting the emergence of such photos, one fan shares, “When will she (Curtis) ever learn?”
“Well, she has nobody to blame but herself for these [photos],” counters another.
“I am just sad for her (Curtis)," says another. “Why can’t she be more careful [with her clothes]? I mean, at this point, she should realize that she’s a star, an idol to many. She should be careful not to be placed in such [compromising] situations.”
Though most comments expressed worry for the actress, there are a malicious few who seem to relish the matter.
“I want more of this,” a randy fan exhorts.
“Oh, Anne, why don’t you just get on with it and do one nude movie?” urges another.
There are also those who accuse Curtis of “deliberately wearing revealing attires” to attract and entice more male fans.
“If I know, she is doing all this on purpose—for marketability.”
The actress endured comments echoing the same after her “wardrobe malfunction” in a performance in Boracay two months ago.
Curtis was aghast that fans thought it a deliberate move to spur excitement over her then new film with actor Sam Milby, “Babe, I Love You.”
“I wouldn’t even think of doing that. It’s so unfair,” she cried in interviews.
So far, Curtis has remained silent on the “up skirt photos.”
The actress is busy working with a new movie pairing her with actor Richard Gutierrez, an ex-flame.
At a recent press conference, she reported having just finished shooting her love scenes with the actor, which she said allowed her to “feel the love and pain at the same time.”
She didn’t explain if she is alluding to their failed romance or the artistic merits of said scenes.
She further supplied the statement with an astute illustration. “It was a very tense moment for me. But it was done very carefully, with lots of tenderness.”
