KC Concepcion has denied for the nth time the rumors of her visiting Piolo Pascual on the set of his new teleserye “Noah.”

The persistent rumors about “secret trysts” between the two stars continue to be a hot topic among showbiz watchers.

Adding fuel to the fire was when Piolo Pascual’s co-star, eight-year-old Zaijan Jaranilla, had reportedly confirmed rumors that KC had indeed visited Piolo on the set. But in a short interview clip, Piolo likewise denied it.

“Nagbibiro lang ‘yung si Zaijian… may kasunod yon, ‘Joke joke joke!’ At napaka-busy din naman ni Kristina para dalawin pa ako sa Subic,” he said.

On the live telecast, KC had this to say about such visits: “Eto na lang po, no. Medyo two weeks ko na pong sinasabing no, hindi po ako dumadalaw sa Subic. Nowhere near Subic do I go, as in. Sabi ko nga it’s three hours away, three hours back…”

However, the pretty lass did not deny having been visited by Piolo several times before. “Pumupunta naman po si PJ [KC’s nickname for Piolo] sa totoo lang sa set, sa dressing room, ‘pag may show po ako dumadalaw siya…”

“Pero sinasabi ko lang po ‘yun, because, why do I need to go to Subic to be with good company?” she explained. “I see him often here. And pine-press ako ng press… Pinipilit ng ibang tao na sagutin ko in a way na gusto nilang marinig.”

To her, there’s really no point in denying anything. “Nakakatawa dahil ano naman po na aminin or sabihin ko sa inyo na, opo pinagbigyan ko naman po si PJ or pinagbigyan ko rin naman si direk Malou or si Lino, na mga direktor ng ‘Noah,’ na pumunta ako sa set, if totoo. Ano ba naman ang sabihin ko sa inyo, ‘Yes nagpunta ako.’ Pero hindi eh, hindi po talaga ako dumadalaw sa set ng ‘Noah’.”

And as for the reputed “source” of how reporters had affirmed such rumors, KC said, “Also si Zaijan… siyrempre bata, sasabihin nila, bakit sasabihin ng bata ‘yon? I personally always say that na, you know, hindi magsisinungaling ang bata. Kapag gusto ka ng isang bata, totoo ‘yon… So sabi ko, siguro may nagsabi kay Zaijan, and true enough, meron akong nabasa na article, na siyempre hindi na highlight, na nasabi niya na may nagsabi sa kanya.”

In fact, in an abs-bcn.com report back in June 2010, Zaijan may have talked about KC visiting Piolo, but it’s clear that he had no first-hand account of it. As per the article, the young boy said, “Opo (sila po), napapanood ko po sa SNN. Pero nakita nung isang taga-Unit Two po dati na lumipat na dito. Sabi niya pumunta daw si KC dun (kung saan nagte-taping si Piolo).”

“So nagtataka ako kung sino yung nakakita sa akin dun, or sino ang nagsabi kay Zaijan na nadun ako… Bakit niya ako nakita kung wala naman ako dun,” KC added.

“Hindi po talaga ako dumadalaw… [But there’s] nothing wrong with it. If dumalaw ako one day, I will let you know. Iku-kwento ko kung anong nangyari dun,” she promised.

When queried about the development in her relationship with Piolo, and if they had already fallen in love, KC laughed, “Wala pa naman po sa love… Siguro hahayaan ko siyang [Piolo] magsalita, but he has been very persistent about visiting me. And we’re closer than ever.”

And to reiterate her truthfulness about matters concerning Piolo, KC pointed out, “I have never denied anything when it comes to Piolo. I have to make that clear…”

As for the press, her request is simple enough. “Please don’t take it out of context… especially ‘yung mga bata. ‘Pag may sinabi po sila na kumpleto, sana naman po kumpleto yung ilabas nila. Because ayun naman, napagbibintangan tuloy nang hindi maganda…”
