PNP infuses young blood in revamp
The latest round of organization placements in the Philippine National Police (PNP) was announced last Friday with younger blood infused into the system as young officers moved up the leadership chain.
PNP Chief, Director General Jesus Verzosa said the latest revamp in the police organization “signals a new beginning in our organization’s continuing quest toward professionalism and excellence.”
“As younger blood is infused into the system and younger officers move-up the leadership chain, the organization is re-energized and performance levels run high because this is, precisely, the human dynamics in any organization that is founded on competent leadership of an efficient workforce,” said Verzosa.
