The University of Perpetual Help Junior Altas snatched their sixth win by beating the CSB Greenies, 62-54, in the 86th NCAA junior’s basketball tournament on Monday at The Arena in San Juan.

The Junior Altas improved to 6-2 as they grabbed second spot behind the San Beda Red Cubs (6-1). The Las Piñas-based dribblers of head coach Tonichi Pujante also repeated against the EAC Brigadiers (70-59) last August 6.

Gelo Alolino, a standout player of the RP team 18-under, scored 20 points. Point guard AA Inigo added 11 points, while Topher Negranza had nine points and five rebounds as Perpetual aims to clinch its first Final Four berth.
