Aji Tataki (Yellow Fin Tuna) at the Copper Grill

Greenhills, Philippines – People who love Sashimi are bound to love this Japanese delicacy that is being served over in one of the small upstart grill and restaurant along Anapolis, Greenhills.
The Copper Grill has something curious on their menu called Aji Tataki (or Yellow Fin Tuna). This is actually Sashimi chopped with a twist and should tickle your taste buds in a flash.
The rare delicacy you will find in the Philippines is coated with a flavor rub and pan.
It is topped off with a generous amount of Nori strips and served with some creamy form of wasabi.
The Aji Tataki is a great appetizer, especially if you are having beer or maybe even wine with a friend or two.
For the record, Aji really stands for "horse mackerel" while Tataki literally means "beat".
Regardless, this is one cool Japanese cuisine you should check out (Especially if you are the type who loves Sashimi!)
