MANILA, Philippines - After the signing-off of her morning show, “Simply KC,” reports surfaced that KC Concepcion has left one of her managers, Shirley Kuan, for Star Magic.

There are two versions of this story. PEP Scoopbox tweeted about KC’s rumored move to switch managers on Oct. 26. The report was attributed to a source from a TV network other than ABS-CBN, of which KC is a part.

However, as reported still on Scoopbox, another source is said to have related that it was Kuan who left her ward “as early as August this year and not the other way around.”

The singer-actress’ other manager, Sandra Chavez, meanwhile, is said to have moved to Star Magic—the talent arm of ABS-CBN—two weeks ago.

In a tabloid report dated Oct. 27, Kuan will reportedly break her silence on the real reason of her separation with her talent in due time.

A few days ago, a blind item came out pertaining to a talent manager who left her ward (said to be a “popular young actress-TV host”) because of her alleged attitude problem. The personality was described to have been packaged with good breeding. Speculations have then come out that the item refers to KC and her manager.

As of this writing, no official statement has been issued by KC’s camp or the two managers. Star Magic, likewise, told Bulletin Entertainment via text message sent on Oct. 28 that they don’t have a statement yet.

Coincidentally, Piolo Pascual, who’s being romantically linked to KC, is under Star Magic.
