MANILA, Philippines — It appears it is all systems go for the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) new on-line gaming called PCSO Loterya ng Bayan (PLB), the re-invented and strengthened Small Town Lottery (STL) as at least 16 STL operators have applied for conversion of their operation into PLB.

This developed as the Monday draw of Mega Lotto 6/45, with the combination of 10-29-23-28-2-12 yielded a solo winner who grabbed: P24,589,191.60 jackpot.

Manuel "Manny" C. Garcia, PCSO spokesman, said the winner bought his ticket in Tanauan, Batangas.

On the other hand, figures provided by Manager Remeliza Jovita "Liza" Gabuyo from the PCSO's On-Line Lottery Sector showed at least 16 STL operators who want to join PLB as of Feb. 14 and more came to the PCSO yesterday to convert, while there are more than 11 new applicants to operate PLB.
